Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about the SPTI test
What is SPTI?
SPTI (Sexual Preference Type Indicator) is a self-understanding tool that analyzes sexual preferences across 4 dimensions (Dominant/Submissive, Rough/Gentle, Adventurous/Traditional, Physical/Emotional) and classifies you into one of 16 types. It's not a scientific diagnosis but a reference tool for self-exploration and partner communication.
How accurate are the test results?
SPTI is a self-report questionnaire, so accuracy depends on the honesty of your responses. Results can vary for the same person depending on mood, situation, and experiences. Use it as a reference for exploring your current tendencies rather than an absolute diagnosis.
Can my type change?
Yes, absolutely. Sexual preferences are not fixed and can change based on experiences, relationships, age, and psychological state. Taking the test periodically can help you track your own changes over time.
Does poor compatibility mean a relationship won't work?
Not at all. Compatibility scores only indicate dimension alignment, not relationship success. Different preferences can actually be opportunities for new experiences. What matters most is mutual respect and open communication.
What do the 4 dimensions mean?
D/S (Dominant/Submissive) represents initiative in intimacy, R/G (Rough/Gentle) represents intensity of physical contact, A/T (Adventurous/Traditional) represents attitude toward new experiences, and P/E (Physical/Emotional) represents the source of pleasure. Each dimension is independent and various combinations are possible.
Can I share my results with my partner?
Sharing results with your partner can be a great starting point for communication. However, it's important not to use results as a tool to judge or pressure your partner. Use it as a conversation starter to understand each other's preferences and build a better relationship.
Is the test free?
Yes, the SPTI test is completely free and available to anyone without registration. Results are instantly available, and we do not collect personal information.
Can I save my results?
After completing the test, you can bookmark the result page URL or use the share function to save your results. The result URL contains your type information, so you can revisit it anytime.
